Seriously, fuck the critics, it's an awesome movie. I liked it more than District 9.

Hadn't heard critics were blasting this. Glad to hear it's good as I really enjoyed District 9 (though I hated that mess with the Bourne Identity idiot) and have been looking forward to this.

Frankly, it looked awesome until Die Antwoord showed up using their actual names. Reminded me of a terrible early 2000s ninja movie called China Strike Force with Coolio playing Coolio. Rappers playing themselves in movies about NOT THEM is usually a non-starter for me. And I love Neil Blomkamp too, so I'm really torn on this one (I think Elysium was a great action flick which was severely underrated because many didn't like the social message).
